Moving In

Inspection Report: Please make a list of any items that are broken or damaged and send to our office on the move in inspection report available below. This is important as you may be charged for damages when you move out. The person who leased you the property may not be the same person to do the move out inspection. It is YOUR responsibility to return a signed and completed move in report within 48 hours of the start of your lease. If not received within the allotted 2 days, any damages will not be considered pre-existing.

Repair Requests

Please submit a Repair Request Ticket using your Rent Manager Portal Account.  (Username is email address, password is your last name, first letter capitalized – case sensitive) Log in to create repair requests for work orders.  Upon logging in to tenant account, click on repairs tab and fill in form with information pertaining to repair request.  From that point, HJP will assign to a vendor, record all details and then close the work order upon completion.  As a tenant you are able to check the status of the repair request.  All repair requests are to be handled using this system as it will fully document the request in writing and allow all parties access to the status of the repair.  In the event of an emergency only, please call or email Keith.

Paying In Person
Tenants have the option to bring rent to our office during normal business operating hours 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Rent must be received prior to 4pm on the day that the rent is due in order for the payment to be banked on that day.

Make rent checks payable to Hayden Jennings Properties or as indicated on your lease. The property address must be on the check for proper posting.
Rent is to be paid in one check. Multiple or separate checks will not be accepted.

Rent is due on the first, late on the second. Late fees, per the lease, are charged after the 5th of the month. All funds must be received in our office no later than the 5th of each month by 5 pm. If rent is not received you will be charged a late fee, no exceptions. We will check post mark dates on rents received after the 2nd. You will be invoiced for late fees and if they are not paid, they will be deducted from your deposit.

If you know you are going to be late with your rent please call us. In some cases of long term, on time tenants the owner may be agreeable to payment arrangements.
