Hayden Jennings
Working primarily as a buyer’s agent, Hayden has over two decades of real estate investment experience, purchasing his first rental properties in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in the early 1990s. Hayden currently owns and manages dozens of Charleston-area residential rental properties, and he understands the unique matters involved in purchasing real estate as an investment. His continuing effort to be the most knowledgeable resource for buyers in today’s real estate market includes extensive education accumulated over the years, as well as acquiring the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) designations. Hayden has been recognized as a Realtor of Distinction for the last 10+ years. He also completed the Negotiation and Leadership Course at Harvard Law School in 2014. The greatest benefit a client who works with Hayden will have is the comfort in trusting someone who will guide them to their ultimate choice with an uncommon level of integrity.
Hayden grew up in Hickory, North Carolina before attending Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia. A graduate of Wake Forest University, he has owned and operated his real estate investment company for 20 years. Before settling in Charleston, Hayden managed Ziggy’s Music Club in Winston-Salem for 15 years. Hayden has a passion for traveling and food and loves the culinary delights the Holy City offers. You may see him riding his bike downtown to a restaurant or occasionally playing guitar at the Windjammer on IOP. Even with his busy schedule, he finds time to give back to the community by volunteering at Burns Elementary School, mentoring and reading to the children, as well as volunteering for the National Park Service on Fort Sumter tours (sharing his strong grasp of Charleston’s captivating history) and serving on the Board of Assessment Appeals for Charleston County.
