About the listing 22 Bee St D is a newly renovated 2nd floor condo just annexed into the accommodations overlay district. It has an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors throughout. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a twin size bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two reserved off-street parking spots. This rental is just a short 5 blocks to the Upper King nightlife.
