Please submit a Repair Request Ticket using your Rent Manager Portal Account. Log in to create repair requests for work orders. Upon logging in to tenant account, click on repairs tab and fill in form with information pertaining to repair request. From that point, HJP will assign to a vendor, record all details and then close the work order upon completion. As a tenant you are able to check the status of the repair request. All repair requests are to be handled using this system as it will fully document the request in writing and allow all parties access to the status of the repair.
